WOMEN


When asked if Jiu-Jitsu is recommended for women the answer is always YES. Why? Because normally when a woman gets attacked, the attacker is not trying to box or kick-box with her. The attacker most likely wants to grab her and control her movements and this often includes taking her to the ground. Jiu-Jitsu is perfect for that type of confrontation.



Benefits of Jiu-Jitsu for Women:


  • Women learn how to escape, hold, control, and submit an opponent from the ground.


  • Using the principles of leverage and angles, Jiu-Jitsu equips women with the defensive tools required to subdue or escape a larger or stronger

     person’s aggression.
